Nigerian rapper and singer Emeka Akumefule, popularly known as Blaqbonez, has ruled out the possibility of him staying long term in the music industry.
The rapper took to his X handle on Sunday, to give Kudos to rapper and colleague Olamide. Blaqbonez praised Olamide for his consistency over the years, adding that he can’t spend that long in the music industry.
“Respect to @Olamide for this album, to be able to do this like 15 years in is crazy, it’s the type of longevity everyone prays for. Real Everlasting Taker,” he initially wrote.
He then fondly added that his fans should bear with him. H e added that they should accept the years he is able to offer in the industry.
“Me I no fit do 15 years o, the one wey una see, u go take,” he wrote.
