Famous American actor Morgan freeman has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a condition that limits activities due to fatigue and pain.

Freeman was reported to have developed the condition in 2008 after surviving an accident. The car accident, however, left him with multiple injuries, chronic pain and nerve damage.
