The Grammy Awards organizers have announced their top ten Afrobeats tracks of all time.
While highlighting the global influence of Afrobeats, the recording Academy spoke on certain artists and how they have contributed to the growth of Afrobeats.
Grammy in their post, traced the breakthrough of Afrobeats to the 2010s.
“From its popularization in the mid-2010s to current global, chart-topping dominance by the likes of @wizkidayo, @burnaboy and @heisrema, the sound of Afrobeats is constantly shifting,” they wrote.
Here are the top ten Afrobeats songs by Grammy.

This list was met with a lot of concerns from fans, with some noting that Grammy awards winner and Nominated artists like Burna Boy, Tems and Davido were left out of the chart.
