Male escort drags Diddy, Cassie to court, claims she gave him STD
Clayton Howard, a self-described male escort once linked to Sean “Diddy” Combs, has filed a civil lawsuit against the rapper and Cassie Ventura, accusing the pair of years of sexual abuse, trafficking, and psychological torture.
Howard, who says he operated under the alias “Dave,” claims he was trafficked across US state lines from as far back as 2009 and subjected to what he described as “freak-offs” involving both Diddy and Cassie. According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Howard is seeking damages for emotional distress, medical bills, and loss of income.
Among the shocking allegations, Howard claims Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease and later aborted a pregnancy for him without his knowledge, all while continuing to have unprotected sex with him. He said he was drugged, manipulated, and forced into degrading sexual acts, including extended masturbation sessions under the influence of ecstasy, which left him with injuries like skin tears and scabs.
The lawsuit also accuses Diddy and Cassie of maintaining a toxic, abusive relationship, with Howard caught in the crossfire and used repeatedly for their entertainment.
Although Howard did not testify in the ongoing federal investigation against Diddy, federal agents had earlier referenced him as one of seven male escorts involved in Diddy’s controversial “entertainment sessions.” The FBI claimed Diddy sponsored Howard’s flights and kept him lodged at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons.
Diddy, recently convicted of transporting escorts across state lines for prostitution, was acquitted of the more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges but remains in custody after being denied bail. He faces up to 20 years in prison.
Meanwhile, Cassie is yet to officially respond to Howard’s claims. Her team had previously distanced her from the criminal allegations when Diddy’s legal troubles escalated earlier this year.
