Near-Death scare: Racheal Adelaja shares story

Nollywood actress Racheal Adelaja has expressed gratitude for her life while recounting a near-death incident.

Adelaja took to her Instagram page on Sunday to thank God for giving her a second chance at life.

“Oba Alapadupe. The God who owns my life, the One who didn’t let me die before my time, I say Thank You, Lord,” she wrote.

Adelaja also expressed gratitude towards those who reached out to her and supported her. She also called out some colleagues who ignored her despite her condition.

“A few months ago, I embarked on a journey I wasn’t sure I’d return from… but Mercy said no. God came through for me and gave me another chance at life. I’m deeply grateful. To everyone who showed concern, stood by me, prayed for me, or reached out, may you never know sorrow.To those who noticed my sudden absence on all social media and checked in, I truly appreciate you. E o ni fi iru e gba lagbara Olorun,” she wrote.

The actress expressed her disappointment over her colleagues who turned deaf ears to her.

“As for some of my Nollywood colleagues…You heard about what happened, yet not a single call or text, but you had the time to discuss me at different locations. It’s painful, but still, I thank God. If I had died, some of you would have written the longest tributes online. But God didn’t make me a headline through death. He gave me life, and for that, I return all the glory to Him,” she wrote.
