The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially released the names of its state chairmen for all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, marking a significant step in strengthening its organizational structure nationwide.
The announcement, made by the party’s National Secretariat, aims to enhance coordination and leadership at the state level as the ADC continues to position itself as a formidable political force in Nigeria.
The list of appointed state chairmen includes:
- Plateau: Hanatu Garaba
- Nasarawa: Musa S. Shuaib
- Ekiti: Adekolu O. Moses
- Anambra: Patrick Obianyo
- Bauchi: Hon. Haruna Hassan
- Ogun: Otunba Pat. Olufemi

In a related development, the Akwa Ibom State chapter of the ADC has issued a notice to members who recently obtained membership cards without the official stamp and signature of the state chairman.
The chapter has directed these members to visit the State Secretariat at No. 84 Udotung Ubo Street, Uyo, to have their cards stamped, signed, and their names officially entered into the party’s membership register.
This move, according to the party, underscored its commitment to maintaining a transparent and organized membership process, ensuring all members are duly recognized and integrated into the party’s activities.
