The disturbing message, allegedly from an anonymous "aggrieved group," warned that the actress would suffer consequences for “putting someone’s life in trouble.”

Priscilla Ojo, daughter of popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has revealed that a threatening letter was delivered to her mother’s office shortly after her wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The disturbing message, allegedly from an anonymous “aggrieved group,” warned that the actress would suffer consequences for “putting someone’s life in trouble.”

The group vowed to “scatter” Priscilla’s marriage and warned Iyabo to “watch out” as she was being monitored.

Part of the letter read:
“You put someone’s life in trouble and you are out enjoying giving out your daughter in marriage abi? O ma laya o. You cannot escape in the next three months as we are out monitoring you. Watch out, we shall render your daughter’s marriage useless and rubbish it with scatter scatter.”

Priscilla disclosed that her mother was away in Tanzania at the time and only saw the letter upon her return to Nigeria. She also confirmed plans to investigate how the letter was delivered and promised to release footage and report the case to the police.

The revelation came shortly after a fire broke out at Iyabo Ojo’s office.

Reacting to the incident via Instagram, the actress thanked God for sparing lives and appreciated the swift response of the Nigerian Fire Service and her staff.

“The devil tested us today, but God said no,” she wrote. “With God on my side, we will bounce back bigger and better.”
