Meanwhile, according to reports, Al-Hilal has returned with a new proposal—matching the €75 million price but offering to pay it in two equal parts of €37.5 million.

Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal has made a fresh offer to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, aiming to compete with Turkish side Galatasaray for his signature.

Osimhen spent last season on loan at Galatasaray, where he helped them win the Turkish Super Lig.

The club wants to keep him permanently, but they are still negotiating with Napoli, his parent club, over the payment terms.

Osimhen had a €75 million release clause in his contract for non-Italian clubs, but that clause has now expired.

Despite this, Napoli still wants to receive that amount, and they prefer the payment to be made in no more than two instalments.

Galatasaray recently offered €70 million, but Napoli rejected the bid. Galatasaray has now improved the offer to €40 million upfront and the remaining €35 million in instalments. They are currently waiting for Napoli’s response.

Osimhen is believed to prefer a move elsewhere, but Al-Hilal is still pushing hard to sign him.
