Under the new arrangement, Jude Chikadibia Okpor, former Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, has been moved to the Ministry of Rural Development.
Aikeuwa Omebeh, who previously headed Rural Development, now takes charge of Information and State Orientation.
Paul Awo Nwobasi, who served as Commissioner for Primary and Secondary Education, has been reassigned to the Ministry of Border Peace and Conflict Resolution, while Donatus Ilang, the former head of that ministry, now takes over Education.
Governor Nwifuru urged the commissioners to bring renewed energy to their new roles and deliver on the administration’s developmental agenda.
