Shettima leads delegation to Daura for Buhari’s 3rd day prayers

Vice President Kashim Shettima on Wednesday led a federal delegation to Daura, Katsina State, for prayers in honour of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

The visit, carried out on the directive of President Bola Tinubu, comes a day after Buhari was laid to rest at his hometown residence.

According to a statement by Shettima’s media aide, Stanley Nkwocha, the Vice President was accompanied by Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum and Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda.

The delegation is scheduled to attend the third-day prayer service at Buhari’s residence on Friday.
