Saka spotted again wearing Pastor Jerry Eze’s famous phrase at Arsenal training – fans react

Arsenal star boy, Bukayo Saka has sparked reactions on social media, after being seen at the Gunners’ training facility sporting a wristband with bold captions: “What God Cannot Do Does Not Exist.”

The slogan is a popular phrase used by Nigerian pastor, Pastor Jerry Eze, who hosts the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), with millions of attendees on a daily basis everywhere globally.

Saka, an adherent believer of the Christian faith, does not seem to be covering his face regarding the religious slogan in a move with which Nigerian fans and NSPPD fans globally are extremely excited.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Saka has been seen rocking the band. Just last week, Pastor Jerry himself shared a picture of the England international wearing the same wristband, teasing fans with a caption: “Question of the day: Who is he and what’s he wearing on his wrist?”

However, this post has also sparked a wave of hilarious reactions online:

“This post brings back memories of that day then in 2007 when I went to a crusade and somebody patted me at the back and said to me ‘you will walk.’ I did not mind since I knew I was not lame. After the crusade, I pushed my hand into my pocket and could not get out my wallet which held my transport money… behold, I walked.”

“Tell me you are Nigerian without telling me you are Nigerian…”

“He’s believing like God wey do it for Chelsea go do it for Arsenal.”

“The bracelet is a significance that can be written out as ‘why has this club never won?'”

“Exactly like Arsenal’s Champions League… God did not do it.”

The joking and respectfulness together indicate just how far Pastor Jerry’s words have come.
