NEMA receives Nigerian returnees from Niger Republic

The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, has received a total of 139 Nigerian returnees from Niger state.

The returnees were received at the Malam Aminu Kano international Airport on Tuesday night.

This announcement was made by NEMA on Thursday via their X handle. They disclosed that the returnees included 65 children, and 74 adults.

“The returnees were documented and were subsequently transported to Badala Hotel for accommodation, and profiling took place the following day, 30th July 2025. The reception exercise was well coordinated and successfully conducted”, it noted.
