Ajadi honours Juju star FemoLancaster at 50th birthday celebration in London

Renowned Nigerian Juju maestro, Otunba Femi Fadipe, widely celebrated by fans as FemoLancaster, marked his golden jubilee in grand style in London on Saturday.

Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, prominent politician and businessman, led tributes to the Ilesa-born music icon, describing him as a cultural treasure whose artistry has preserved and promoted Yoruba heritage across the globe.

“FemoLancaster is not just a musician, he is a legend,” Ambassador Ajadi said in his message. “For decades, his classical Juju sound has reminded us of the richness of Yoruba culture. As he turns 50, we celebrate a cultural ambassador whose music connects generations and continents.”

Though firmly rooted in the South-West of Nigeria, particularly Oyo State, FemoLancaster’s influence extends far beyond national borders.
