In the charge marked FHC/L/516C/25, filed before a Federal High Court in Lagos by a team of NDLEA prosecutors—B.S. Abdullahi, M.I. Erondu, and J.O. The prosecution alleged that the offence is contrary to and punishable under Section 14(b) of the NDLEA Act, Cap N30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 (as amended in 2024).
