Nathaniel Bassey set to celebrate birthday with prison inmates

Nigerian gospel artiste and Pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has announced that he will be spending his birthday with the inmates in Kirikiri prison.

Bassey who turns 44-years-old on Wednesday, stated that he will be visiting the medium security prison to conduct a one day Hallelujah challenge.

“Tomorrow for my birthday, I praise and celebrate with my brethren in the prisons!,” he wrote on Instagram.

The praise and worship movement led by Bassey, has become a global phenomenon with thousands of Christians joining the online worship session yearly.

The singer hopes to spread the message of hope to the inmates in prison with his birthday celebration.
