Jury gives verdict on Cardi B’s alleged assault case

American rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, popularly known as Cardi B, has been cleared of the case of assault charged against her.

While speaking after the hearing, Cardi B stated that she works very hard for her money and will not just settle in a court case.
“I work all day and I work hard for my money, for my kids, for the people that I take care of. So don’t you ever think that you’re going to sue me, and I’m just going to settle,” she said.
She also urged the general public not to bother Ms Ellis or her family over the case anymore.
