Nigerian actor, Bolanle Ninalowo, has reacted after a man pretending to be him scammed a woman of N33 million.

The victim, Victoria Ayano, reported to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that one Bolanle Azeez posed as Ninalowo and collected the money from her.

Sharing the report on Instagram, the actor expressed shock and disbelief. He asked: “Which kind juju be this naa?”
Surprised at the amount, Ninalowo revealed he has never received such payment for a movie.

He wrote: “This one loud ooo. N33,000,000 for what? Even Nollywood that made me famous has never paid me N33 million for a single film.”

This incident comes two years after another man was jailed in 2023 for impersonating the actor.
Ninalowo has faced several cases of impersonation over the years.

In March 2025, he complained about fake accounts created in his name on TikTok and other social media platforms, which fraudsters use to deceive people.
