Hilda Baci kickstarts Guinness world record attempt

Popular Nigerian chef and media personality Hilda Baci, has announced the start of her second Guinness world record attempt.

Hilda who had previously announced that she will attempt to cook 250 bags of rice in the world’s largest pot of jollof rice, confirmed the launch of attempt.

She was seen praying with her mother before she stated that she is set to make history.

“Yes, I can officially confirm this pot is squeaky clean! I rolled up my sleeves and washed it myself. In just a few hours, this same pot will carry thousands of servings of Nigerian Jollof history in the making,” she wrote.

The event initially scheduled to take place at Muri Okunola Park was moved to Eko hotel due to the high turnout in registrations.
