Nigerian Chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, has shared a video of the moment her record attempt was confirmed by GWR.

The chef who cooked the biggest pot of Jollof rice on Friday was confirmed by Guinness World Records on Monday.

She shared a video of the emotional moment her effort was confirmed by the officials. Hilda Baci who was in tears was filled with gratitude and was surrounded by her friends and her mom.

Despite the venue being packed and filled with her supporters, the venue was overflowing with Jollof Rice.

The chef also took an extra step to distribute the food she made to people on the streets. An effort to ensure that the resources does not waste.
