9ice exposes hidden envy against 2Face on 50th birthday

Legendary Nigerian singer, Alexander Abolore Adegbola Akande, popularly known as 9ice, has penned an emotional birthday message to his colleague, Innocent Idibia, aka 2Face, as the music icon clocks 50.

In his tribute shared on Thursday, 9ice noted that despite the numerous challenges and envy surrounding 2Face’s success, the African Queen crooner will continue to rise above negativity.

“2Face, happy birthday to you. I wish you long life and prosperity. I know so many wish you fall but you shall never fall. I love you. You shall prosper,” 9ice said.

Reassuring his colleague, the Gongo Aso hitmaker added:
“You are not going to fall. It’s just a phase of life. You will always overcome it. I love you. God bless you. Happy birthday to you.”
