Spyro under fire after revealing how he met his bride-to-be

Popular Nigerian singer, Spyro, has announced his engagement to his partner, Janet Atom, while sharing how they first met.

The “Who is Your Guy?” crooner made the announcement on Friday, September 19, 2025, via Instagram, where he also posted their engagement photos.

Recounting the moment they crossed paths, Spyro revealed that he met Janet in March 2024 during a night out in Lagos.

“I found love in an unexpected place at exactly 2:48 am. I met @_callme_njure in a Lagos club while at work,” he wrote.
