“I’m proud to be divorced,” Actor Ninalowo Bolanle breaks silence

Popular Nollywood actor, Ninalowo Bolanle, has officially confirmed that his marriage to Bunmi ended in September 2023, putting an end to speculations surrounding his private life.

The actor made the revelation while reacting to a viral post from a woman who claimed he had only fought to save his marriage after cheating, neglecting his wife, and forcing her to endure years of pain before deciding to change.

Dismissing the allegations as false, Ninalowo expressed anger at what he described as a deliberate attempt to twist the truth about his personal life.

In a strongly worded response, he wrote:

“Been separated & divorced since September 2023 and proudly bold of it. Hoping this my response for the first time ever will enlighten you. Sick, bitter and empty ass woman.”

The actor also warned those spreading untrue stories to keep his name out of their conversations, stating that he remains proud of his decision and has moved on.

Ninalowo, popularly known as Makanaki, is one of Nollywood’s most recognizable stars, celebrated for his roles in blockbuster films such as Picture Perfect, The Other Wife, and Breath of Anger.
