Iyabo Ojo breaks silence on Lizzy Anjorin’s death wishes

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has finally broken her silence on the ongoing feud with her colleague Lizzy Anjorin, who has repeatedly hurled insults, curses, and even death wishes at her and her family.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Iyabo revealed that she is deliberately ignoring Anjorin’s attacks despite struggling at times to stay calm.

She explained that her silence is not weakness but a conscious choice guided by faith and advice from her legal team.

In her words:

“Honestly, I haven’t laughed this hard in a while, these videos cracked me up real good. But on a more serious note, I’ve seen all your messages and questions about why I’ve remained silent over the defamatory statements and curses Lizzy has directed at my family, especially my grandson. Honestly, most times, I struggle to hold my peace, but I have to ignore the distractions. Who God has blessed, no one can curse.”

Iyabo further disclosed that her legal team has been monitoring the situation closely and documenting every statement for possible legal action.

She emphasized that her priority in recent months has been welcoming her grandson, supporting her daughter’s journey into motherhood, and standing strong for her family.

The actress, however, hinted that once she returns to Lagos, she would be ready to take on the challenges head-on.

“Silence can be powerful,” she noted, adding that while it hasn’t been easy to hold back, she believes it is necessary until the right time.
