An Abuja High Court has fixed November 26, 2025, for the hearing of an assault and battery case involving Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck.

The case was filed by Levi Ogbogiri, a photographer and entertainer known as Kraziecent, who accused the rapper of physically attacking him during a public event held on December 16, 2024.

According to court documents, Kraziecent claimed that the altercation occurred while he was taking photos and videos at the event without any form of provocation. He alleged that Odumodublvck’s actions left him with physical injuries, emotional trauma, and a damaged iPhone 15 Pro Max.

During the court proceedings, Kraziecent’s lawyer informed the judge that all necessary legal documents had been served to the rapper, but there had been no formal response.

Odumodublvck’s legal representative, however, requested an adjournment to allow adequate time to prepare for the case.

Kraziecent is seeking monetary compensation for the damaged phone, public humiliation, and injury to his reputation. He also wants the court to compel Odumodublvck to issue a public apology on social media and in two national newspapers. Also, he is requesting that the court place a restraining order to prevent further harassment.
