The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in Nigeria has set new prices for homes under its Renewed Hope Estate Programme across Nigeria, PM News can confirm.
This is made known in a statement released by the Ministry’s Director of Press and Public Relations, Badamasi Haiba, according to the release, the aim is to make home ownership easier, fair, and transparent for all Nigerians, regardless of their location.

The approved prices are as follows:
One-bedroom semi-detached bungalow: ₦8.5 million
Two-bedroom semi-detached bungalow: ₦11.5 million
Three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow: ₦12.5 million
The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, said that priority will be given to low- and middle-income earners, civil servants at all levels, private-sector workers with verifiable income, and Nigerians in the Diaspora who want to own homes in the country.
The Permanent Secretary, Dr. Shuaib Belgore, added that several payment options are available, including:
Full (outright) payment
Mortgage
Rent-to-own scheme
Installment payment plans
The Ministry also announced that sales of completed houses in both northern and southern parts of the country will start soon.
Interested applicants can apply through the online portal: www.renewedhopehomes.fmhud.gov.ng, or visit the Ministry’s headquarters and field offices nationwide.
