Nollywood veteran, Ganiyu Nafiu, popularly known as Alapini Oosa, has met with Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, months after publicly expressing frustration over being “abandoned” despite campaigning for the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the 2023 elections.
The actor had gone viral earlier in the year after lamenting that he was not recognized or compensated despite openly supporting President Tinubu’s presidential bid.
He expressed regret for his involvement in the campaign, claiming he was left out in the cold after two years of the administration.
Five months after his emotional outcry stirred reactions across social media, Alapini was pictured in a closed-door meeting with Seyi Tinubu.
The meeting, which was also attended by Nollywood actress Fathia Balogun Williams, has stirred reactions from Nigerians.
