The Nigerian Senate has confirmed Bernard Doro as a Nigerian minister to replace Nentawe Yilwatda.
The approval occurred on Thursday after a screening session. Doro is was a nominee from Plateau state addressed the lawmakers after his appointment was confirmed.
He opened up on his vision to build an effective humanitarian ecosystem in the country. Doro also vowed to be committed towards improving the security agencies across the country.
“I will create a humanitarian ecosystem that is inclusive, guided by impartiality and independence,” Doro told the senators.
The senators expressed their satisfaction with his vision and qualifications.
