At about 0613 hours on Monday, November 3, 2025, officers of the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC), Olorunda Command, apprehended two suspected motorcycle (Okada) snatchers at Isanmo, Ilogbo.
The suspects, who posed as genuine passengers, were intercepted by the vigilant LNSC officers after attempting to dispossess a commercial motorcyclist of his bike. Their suspicious behaviour drew the attention of the patrol team, leading to their prompt arrest.
The suspects have since been handed over to the Nigeria Police, Morogbo Division, for further investigation and possible prosecution.
The General Manager, Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Agency, (LNSA) Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan FISN commended the swift response of the Olorunda Command officers, emphasizing the Agency’s continued commitment to community safety, and the protection of residents across Lagos State.
