‘Age is not wisdom’ Charly Boy blasts Regina, Ned over public mess

Nigerian entertainer and activist, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has waded into the ongoing marital crisis between actress Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, urging the couple to settle their issues privately instead of turning social media into a battleground.

In a video shared on his X page, the veteran singer criticized both parties for making their personal disputes public, stating that age does not automatically translate to wisdom and that seeking public sympathy cannot resolve domestic issues.

“Why are you both bringing your private matter to social media to form a victim or a saint?” he asked.
“Ned, as an elder, you ought to know how to handle things better. Truly, age isn’t about wisdom; clout is not the cure for chaos.”

Charly Boy advised the couple to take their marital problems off social media and resolve them peacefully.

“If your marriage dey experience some wahala, please try and sort it out privately. No point washing your dirty business online. Abi wetin you think?”
