Many Christians in Nigeria, especially in Plateau State, have started praying for God’s protection over Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo.
This follows a message from an online group called “Anonymous,” which claimed that some terrorists have marked the pastor for assassination.
The Anonymous Group, known for its online activism, posted on Facebook that Rev. Dachomo’s life is in danger because of his outspoken comments about the killing of Christians in Plateau State.
The group alleged that Islamic extremists and bandits believe Dachomo’s videos led to U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent warning to send American soldiers to fight terrorists in Nigeria.
According to the group’s post:
“Photos of Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo have been shared among terrorists. They have been ordered to kill him within seven days, believing he is behind Trump’s statement.
The militants are angry that he is exposing their actions. Please share this message widely to warn people and stop this from happening.”
After the post went viral, many Nigerians took to social media to pray for the pastor’s safety. They described him as a brave servant of God who has risked his life to speak the truth.
Here are some of their messages:
“Hurting him will be their biggest mistake. He has renewed my faith in God.” – Emma Ike Ogbonnaya
“No weapon formed against him shall prosper. God will protect him.” – Maggie Sakala
“Killing him will prove to the world that Christians are truly being targeted in Nigeria.” – Florence Obafemi
“The Lord will fight for his servant; every evil plan will fail.” – Dakot Emmanuel
“God who healed him from cancer will protect him again.” – Kushim Harrison
“Touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm.” – Tokmwakat Andrew
“God will disorganize their evil plans. His life is in God’s hands.” – Isaiah Onutor

Many Christians have also urged security agencies to ensure his safety while trusting God for divine protection.
Rev. Dachomo has previously spoken out about the killing of Christians in Plateau State and has often said he is ready to die for the truth.
