Medical graduates are to upload and present their licenses, registration certificates, and other relevant documents issued by their professional bodies.

The NYSC further stated that foreign-trained graduates who obtained their qualifications abroad must submit the original copies of their Evaluation Letters from the Federal Ministry of Education at the NYSC Headquarters in Abuja and upload acknowledged copies online.
