‘I usually find balance in girls’, Fireboy opens up

Nigerian singer and song-writer Adedamola Adefolahan, professionally known as Fireboy DML, has spoken up about his love and dating life.

While speaking on the Reprezent podcast, Fireboy claimed that the nature of dating in Lagos has become very messy. He added that the dating scene in Lagos was an inspiration for one of his recent songs.

Describing it as messy, Fireboy, however, revealed that he has found a way to thrive with the ladies despite the chaos.

“In my song ‘Ashawo’ I was trying to paint a picture of what the dating scene is like in Lagos where I live. It’s a mess. It is chaotic. But I thrive with girls. When I’m under pressure, I usually find balance in girls.”

The singer, however, did not reveal if he is in a committed romantic relationship or not.
