Former Big Brother Naija winner, Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has sent a message of support to BBNaija All Stars finalist, Imisi, who has recently come under public criticism from her mother over alleged financial neglect.

Imisi’s mother has repeatedly gone online accusing her daughter of not “giving her money” since the show ended, a situation that has sparked a wave of comments on social media.

Reacting on X, Phyna said she understands the emotional toll such public attacks from a parent can take, noting that she once faced similar backlash from her own family after she won BBNaija Season 7.

Her message read:
“To Imisi, @imisiofficial and to anyone walking through the same fire… I’m praying for your strength. My own experience broke me, but I’m slowly rising. And I’m rooting for you with everything in me, don’t handle it like I did, build strong and focus on you baby girl.”
