IGP Egbetokun storms Kebbi for security assessment

During the visit, the IGP is expected to meet with the Governor of Kebbi State, Nasir Idris, to discuss ongoing security challenges and explore areas requiring additional federal support.

He will also address officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force, where he is likely to speak on operational discipline, community policing, and the force’s evolving security strategies.

Egbetokun’s visit comes as the police intensify efforts to tackle banditry, cattle rustling, and other violent crimes affecting parts of the North-West.
