Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Queen Mercy Atang, has officially confirmed that her one-year marriage to David Oyekanmi has ended.
Queen, a single mother of one, tied the knot with Oyekanmi in March 2024 amid widespread controversy involving her baby daddy, skit maker Lord Lamba.

In a new twist, Queen finally admitted the separation on Wednesday while responding to a fan’s question on Instagram. The reality star had posted photos of herself taken at actress Mercy Aigbe’s mother’s burial ceremony when a follower asked:
“Queen, hope you are still married because asa, you are too beautiful to be single.”
Queen replied bluntly, “Single and unavailable.”
Her confirmation puts an end to months of speculation about the state of her marriage.
