Nigerian rapper and music executive Olamide Adedeji, also known as Olamide Baddo, has spoken up about the need to practice self care.
The rapper in an interview with Flow 98.7 FM, revealed that he will be focusing on taking care of himself and his needs from now onwards. He added that for the most part of his life, he has been focused on helping people.
Olamide stressed he need for prioritising oneself above all else, adding that he plans to shift his focus to himself.
“Right now, I’m at the phase in my life where I’m really trying to give myself undivided attention. All my life I’ve been trying to be there for people and also trying to do my stuff. But right now, I’m really just trying to focus on myself 100 percent,” he said.
