Tinubu applauds Uzodinma’s problem-solving skills

President Bola Tinubu has paid glowing tribute to Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, describing him as a model progressive leader whose actions consistently reflect the ideals he professes.

In a message celebrating the governor’s birthday which comes up on 12 December, President Tinubu commended Uzodimma’s commitment to national unity, noting that his efforts have helped bridge divides and foster a stronger sense of togetherness across the country. The President praised the Imo governor for championing the Renewed Hope agenda and for maintaining an unwavering belief in Nigeria’s potential.

According to the President, Uzodimma’s leadership blends inclusiveness with firm decision-making, qualities that earned him the confidence of his colleagues and his position as Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum. Tinubu said this role highlights the governor’s ability to mobilise support, inspire loyalty and build camaraderie within the ranks of the APC.

Reflecting on Uzodimma’s political career, President Tinubu recalled his tenure as Senator for Imo West, noting that he delivered notable and impactful representation. He added that since assuming office as governor in 2020, Uzodimma has overseen steady advancements in the state.

The President pointed to visible gains in infrastructure as well as improvements in healthcare, education and security, describing the governor’s achievements as “distinct and commendable.”

Tinubu also offered personal words of admiration, portraying Uzodimma as approachable, intelligent and a trusted partner with impressive problem-solving skills.

As the Imo governor marks his birthday, President Tinubu joined his family, associates, supporters and the people of Imo State in wishing him a long life, good health and continued service to Nigeria and humanity.
