The list, dominated by figures from politics, sports, entertainment and online culture, shows how Nigerians used search to follow controversies, achievements, trending headlines and stories that went beyond traditional news cycles.

Here are 10 of the most searched personalities:

1. Natasha Akpoti 

Natasha Akpoti topped the list as the most Googled Nigerian personality of 2025.
