In Port Harcourt, the story of Mrs. Ogechi Nnazim-Simon, popularly known as OgeLandboss, is inspiring a generation of real estate professionals and investors.

Speaking with PM News on Monday, Ogechi narrated how she moved from having only ₦4,600 in 2018 to over ₦500 million in property transactions.

She stated that her journey was marked by determination, strategic thinking, and unwavering integrity.

Ogechi said: “My journey began after earning a First-Class degree in Information Technology from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Initially, I was unsure of my career path. I later joined Entero Homes in 2020 and quickly demonstrated my ability to combine digital skills, leadership, and market knowledge.”

According to her, she managed sales teams, marketing projects, and events, proving that excellence was not only about talent but consistent effort.

Ogechi noted that her path was not without challenges.

She confirmed that many clients initially doubted her capacity to handle high-value transactions, and her natural introversion made networking and client meetings difficult.

However, she turned these challenges into strengths. She studied the market meticulously and honed her skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

“I promised myself that every client I serve must feel safe and confident. I never want anyone to lose their property or feel abandoned,” Ogechi shared.

Ogechi also shared one of her clients’ messages, which reads: “Working with you (Ogechi) changed the way I see real estate. You protect and guide you with care.”

Another client adds, “She is honest. She gives you the right information and never pressures you.”

A third client remarks, “She is the first realtor I have met who treats you like family. You always feel supported.”

Ogechi also revealed that she launched the Millionaire Realtor Bootcamp, training hundreds of realtors across Nigeria and Ghana, many of whom have gone on to win awards, cars, land, and international recognition.

She also revealed that she has released books, titled Close Like a Pro and The Realtor Codes, which have become essential guides for realtors aiming to excel in the market.

Speaking further, she said: “My philosophy revolves around integrity and consistency. I have never sold a property that later developed issues, and no client has ever lost an investment through my guidance. For me, a trustworthy name is more important than short-term profits. “A good name is my greatest achievement. I guard it with everything I have.”
