World-famous heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, was involved in a road accident on Monday in Makun, Ogun State.
The accident happened on the busy Lagos–Ibadan Expressway. Reports say the vehicle carrying the boxer collided with another car, but the exact cause of the crash is still unclear.
An eyewitness who helped during the rescue said Anthony Joshua sustained only minor injuries and was conscious after the accident. Unfortunately, two people were reported to have lost their lives at the scene.
