Harry Wilson opened the scoring for Fulham in the 17th minute, netting against his former club after a perfect assist from Raul Jiménez. Liverpool responded in the 57th minute through Florian Wirtz, who converted Conor Bradley’s precise delivery. The goal had initially been ruled out for offside but was awarded after a lengthy VAR check confirmed Wirtz was onside.
As stoppage time unfolded, Gakpo appeared to have sealed three points for the visitors with a 94th-minute finish from Jeremie Frimpong’s cross. But Reed had other ideas. Picking the ball up from 30 yards out, the English midfielder drilled a magnificent strike into the top corner, earning Fulham a dramatic point.
The draw extends Liverpool’s unbeaten run to nine games, while Fulham remain undefeated in their past five matches.

The second half saw Liverpool push for a response, with Alexis Mac Allister’s header rattling the woodwork before Wirtz’s equaliser. Wilson later hit the crossbar in the 77th minute, adding to the drama.
The match also experienced a brief delay at kick-off due to a medical emergency involving a member of Fulham’s staff, who was taken to hospital.
Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno produced several key saves to keep his side in the game, while Liverpool missed opportunities through Gakpo and others, leaving the points shared in a thrilling finale.
