‘You are just like Baba Mohbad,’ Portable calls out father over extortion

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has accused his father of stealing and extorting money from the mothers of his children.

The singer in a video claimed that his father has been demanding money from his baby mamas while stealing his properties.

Portable spoke about his upbringing, stating that his father was not a caring and responsible father to him.

“You’re alive and my life still dey spoil. Anytime I have a police case, my Dad will never show up for me. What is your importance in my life? You didn’t send me to school. You don’t take care of me. You don’t pay for my land,” Portable said.

While expressing his anger and frustration, the controversial singer also claimed that his father had been cheating him. He compared him with late Mohbad’s father, stating that he will not allow his father to inherit his wealth.

“When I wanted to build a house and I told him to handle it, he was always cheating me. A block of N300,000 he will call it N900,000. You are just like Baba Mohbad, you are always wearing my shoes and clothes. You can never inherit me. I will not allow you to do to me what they did to Mohbad,” he stated.
