Hollywood actor and singer Joe Keery, also known as Djo, has topped the UK’s Official Charts, dethroning Taylor Swift from the top spot.
The actor famously known for his role on the Duffer Brothers’ series, Stranger Things, released his hit track ‘End of Beginning’ in 2022. The song became famous shortly after people realised that the singer was Stranger Things’ Steve Harrington.
The UK’s Official Charts Company revealed that Djo’s song was streamed 5.4 million times in the past week, after the release of the final Stranger Things episode.
The Charts company also revealed that the song has had more than 55 million plays globally on Spotify in the past week. making it the biggest song in the world. It also dethroned Taylor Swift’s latest project ‘The Fate of Ophelia’.
