I have 5,000 men in My DM wanting to marry me – Nkechi Blessing cries out

Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has raised alarm over the flood of messages and calls she receives from Nigerian men, claiming that over 5,000 of them are asking to marry her.

In a new video making rounds on social media, the actress disclosed that she is single but not actively looking for a relationship. She explained that her phone number, linked to her Facebook account, has become the source of the influx and cannot be easily changed.

“I have over 5,000 men in my DM saying they want to marry me. I don’t know which video trended online. Please, I am single but I am not searching. Stop texting my number,” Nkechi Blessing said.

The actress pleaded with men to respect her privacy, emphasizing that her love life is no longer public business.

Nkechi Blessing was previously married to Opeyemi Falegan in 2021 but declared herself single in May 2025. Following her divorce, she revealed she would keep future relationships private, though she has occasionally hinted at new love.
