Nigerian singer Sky B, popularly known for his hit song Ma Bebe, has opened up about a controversial and troubling period in his music career, claiming he once joined the Illuminati in his pursuit of fame and success.

Speaking in a video that has since gone viral on social media, Sky B said the incident occurred in 2007, at a time when his music career was gaining momentum and he was eager to achieve greater heights in the industry, similar to top stars and producers such as Don Jazzy.

According to the singer, he asked a friend to help him connect with people linked to the group. The friend reportedly contacted someone in the United Kingdom, who later introduced him to individuals said to be part of the African unit of the organisation.

Sky B claimed he underwent an initiation process and was given items including rings, necklaces, perfumes and a special cream, which he was instructed to use, particularly during stage performances.

He alleged that shortly after joining, his life changed rapidly, as money and fame came easily. He said he bought luxury cars, travelled abroad and enjoyed increased attention from fans.

The singer further claimed that the cream he was given contained strange substances and caused his skin to glow, making people notice him wherever he went. He also alleged that meetings were often held late at night and that some members could allegedly enter his room without opening doors or gates.

Sky B said he became fearful when discussions allegedly shifted towards human sacrifice and mentions of family members, prompting him to withdraw from the group.

He also claimed that after leaving, he was involved in three accidents within one month and nearly lost his life, adding that he believes the incidents were connected to his alleged past involvement.

According to the singer, he eventually lost all the wealth and fame he gained during that period but decided to speak out to warn others and share lessons from his experience.
