Harvey Mason, Jr., the president and chief executive officer of the Recording Academy, which presents the Grammy Awards has spoken ahead of the ceremony, revealing what to expect.

Mason reacted to the concerns of artists and individuals who spoke about the rise in fatal shootings in the United States. He noted that while they are excited for the ceremony, the audience should also prepare to receive a dose of medicine through the music and performances.
