The African Creator Summit (ACS) 3.0 once again affirmed its commitment to inclusive representation across Nigeria’s creative ecosystem, as creators from the East, West, North, and South gathered for one of the continent’s most influential creator economy convenings. Among the notable creatives present was Akpa Harrison Echezonachi, popularly known as Mazi Akpaka, a celebrated filmmaker and content creator from Enugu State, whose participation underscored the growing impact of South-East creators on the national and continental creative stage.

Held on January 29, the Summit experience brought together digital creators, filmmakers, comedians, music talents, media professionals, and cultural entrepreneurs from across Nigeria, ensuring that no region was left behind in shaping the conversations around creativity, culture, and the business of content. Mazi Akpaka’s presence at the Summit reflected the rising influence of creators from the Eastern region in driving original storytelling, visual innovation, and community-led content creation within Nigeria’s digital landscape.

The Summit was followed by an exclusive Special Celebrities Dinner on January 30 at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, a high-level networking experience that brought together leading creators, artists, industry executives, partners, and cultural stakeholders. The dinner created a premium environment for collaboration, relationship-building, and cross-regional partnerships—further reinforcing ACS’s mission to build bridges across Nigeria’s diverse creative communities.

Mazi Akpaka, an award-winning creative recognized as Best Creative Male in Enugu State by Great Creators 2025, has built a reputation for producing impactful video content that resonates widely and inspires recreation across social platforms. His work reflects a deep understanding of visual storytelling, cultural relevance, and digital engagement—qualities that align with the core values of the African Creator Summit. Over the years, he has collaborated with notable talents including Untouchable, Kevinblak, Brain Jotter, and others, positioning him as a rising force within Nigeria’s content creation ecosystem.

Speaking on the importance of regional inclusion at ACS 3.0, organizers emphasized that the Summit is designed to be a truly national and continental platform—one where creators from every part of Nigeria have equal visibility, voice, and opportunity to engage with the broader creative economy. The strong presence of creatives from the South East, including Mazi Akpaka, highlighted the Summit’s growing role in democratizing access to industry networks, knowledge, and opportunities.

As the African Creator Summit continues to expand its footprint, the participation of creators like Akpa Harrison Echezonachi (Mazi Akpaka) reflects a broader shift toward recognizing and elevating talent from across Nigeria’s regions—ensuring that Africa’s creative future is built on diversity, collaboration, and shared growth.
