The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has reacted to the Super Bowl half-time show, headlined by Puerto Rican rapper, Bad Bunny.
The 14-minute set which included guest performances from Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin, was regarded as ‘absolutely terrible’, by President Trump.
He criticised the entire performance, stating that no one could understand Bad Bunny because he performed in his native language.
”The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence. This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day,” he wrote on Truth Social.
Bad Bunny however, made history by becoming the first musician to perform entirely in Spanish at a Super Bowl, which has been said to be the most-watched event on US TV.
