Ndidi returns to training with Besiktas after father’s burial

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has resumed training with Turkish Super Lig side, Beşiktaş, following his return from Nigeria where he attended the burial of his late father.

He was laid to rest last Friday in Agbor, Delta State.
The 29-year-old is now in contention for Beşiktaş’ home fixture against Göztepe S.K. on Sunday after missing last weekend’s 3-2 away victory over İstanbul Başakşehir F.K..
Ndidi has scored once in 16 league appearances for the Black and Whites this season.
Beşiktaş currently sit fifth on the league table with 40 points from 22 matches, while Göztepe occupy fourth position with 41 points.
