“From the resounding success of our electronic membership registration exercise to the seamless conduct of our Party Congresses, the APC has proven that structure, innovation, and order are not mere slogans – they are our culture,” he said.

The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress says its electronic membership registration and recently concluded party congresses reflect strong internal democracy and organisation.

The party’s spokesperson, Seye Oladejo, said this in a statement issued in Lagos on Friday.

Oladejo said the digital registration exercise showed the party’s readiness to adopt modern systems to improve its internal processes.

“From the resounding success of our electronic membership registration exercise to the seamless conduct of our Party Congresses, the APC has proven that structure, innovation, and order are not mere slogans – they are our culture,” he said.

He noted that the congresses held across wards and local governments were peaceful and in line with the party’s constitutional guidelines.

“Across wards and local governments in Lagos State, our congresses were conducted peacefully, transparently, and in strict compliance with constitutional guidelines. Participation was massive. The process was orderly,” he said.

Oladejo added that the composition of the party’s new state executive reflected inclusiveness and balance.

“The new leadership embodies a rare and strategic blend of experience and youthfulness, continuity and renewal, as well as deliberate gender balancing,” he said.

He urged opposition parties to focus on organisation and discipline in their political activities.

“Politics is not noise-making. It is not social media agitation. It is not a perpetual internal crisis. It is structured. It is coordination. It is leadership,” he added.
